How STR Dispatch works
Loads are matched to your own instructions and sent to you for a decision. We dispatch for US-based carriers only.

After a successfully completed STR-dispatched load, you pay one flat dispatch fee.
Nothing is booked without your approval. Drivers join only through an invitation from their carrier or from dispatch, and brokers simply open the private load link you share with them.
Broker Load Visibility
Give your broker a private tracking link — no account, no login, nothing to sign up for.
The link carries load status, every document uploaded to the load and the notes from dispatch. It is permission-controlled per load, expires automatically, and can be revoked at any time — the link is the access, and only the loads you authorize are visible.

- Do I have to accept every load?
- No. There is no forced dispatch. You decide which loads you accept.
- How much does STR Dispatch charge?
- $35 per successfully completed STR-dispatched load.
- Is there a monthly membership?
- No.
- Does STR Dispatch take a percentage?
- No. The carrier keeps the broker-negotiated freight rate. STR Dispatch charges a separate flat dispatch fee.
- Do you guarantee loads?
- No. Freight availability, rates and lanes change constantly. STR Dispatch cannot guarantee a particular load, rate or number of loads.
- Do you pay the carrier?
- Normally the broker, shipper, factoring company or other responsible freight payer pays the carrier according to the applicable transportation agreement. STR Dispatch charges separately for dispatch services.
- Can I decline a load?
- Yes.
- Can I counter a rate?
- Yes. Use the Counter option and your dispatcher can continue negotiating.
- How do you verify brokers?
- We record the broker MC number, authority status and insurance information, check the contact details, and keep our own internal history of loads and payment behaviour. A broker is only shown as verified once a check has actually been recorded, with the date it was performed.
