This policy applies to STR Dispatch portal memberships sold by STRPS.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Every membership also starts with a one-week free trial, so you can evaluate the portal before you are charged at all.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles billing inquiries and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email support@strdispatch.com and we will help you get it sorted. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access for the remainder of the billing period you have already paid for.
