Truck dispatch service with real-time load visibility

STR Dispatch pairs US carriers with dispatchers who source and negotiate freight, then keeps every load, document and status update in one secure portal that brokers can see too.

$5 per month, per member. First week free — cancel any time.

What you get

  • Dispatchers source freight that fits your equipment, lanes and schedule.
  • Rate negotiation handled on your behalf before you commit to a load.
  • Real-time load tracking from pickup through delivery in your portal.
  • Rate confirmations, BOLs, invoices and driver photos stored per load.
  • Private broker tracking links so you stop answering "where's my truck?" calls.
  • Manual verification of drivers, carriers, brokers and dispatchers with FMCSA SAFER checks.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create your account

Sign up as a carrier, driver, broker or dispatcher and add your company name, MC and DOT numbers.

  2. 2

    Get verified

Upload role-specific documents. Staff review each submission manually and match it against FMCSA SAFER.

  3. 3

    Take loads

Your dispatcher books freight and the load lands in your portal with rate confirmation attached.

  4. 4

    Track and get paid

Drivers post status updates and photos; documents and invoices stay attached to the load.

Frequently asked questions

What does a truck dispatch service do?
A dispatcher sources freight that fits your equipment and lanes, negotiates the rate with the broker, sends you the rate confirmation, and stays on the load until it delivers. STR Dispatch adds a portal where you and the broker can see the load's status and documents in one place.
How much does STR Dispatch cost?
Portal access is $5 per month per member with the first week free. There are no setup fees and you can cancel at any time.
Do you work with owner-operators as well as fleets?
Yes. The same dispatch workflow and portal is used by single-truck owner-operators, small fleets and larger carriers, with drivers added under the carrier account.
Is STR Dispatch available outside the United States?
No. STR Dispatch serves US-based carriers, drivers, brokers and dispatchers only, and accounts require a US address and phone number.
How do brokers see where a load is?
Each load can generate a private tracking link that shows status updates, pickup and delivery progress, and any documents or photos the driver uploaded. Links expire, and brokers never need an account to open one.
