For brokers
Load visibility without the check calls
Every load can produce a private tracking link that shows status, stops and paperwork as the driver posts it. Open it in a browser — no app, no account, no phone tag.
Tracking links are free for brokers. Portal membership is $5 per month with the first week free.
What you get
- Private tracking links per load, generated with a hashed, expiring token.
- Timestamped status updates from pickup through delivery.
- Driver photos and documents viewable and downloadable from the link.
- Optional broker account for a dashboard across all of your loads.
- Verified badges and FMCSA SAFER links so you can confirm the carrier.
- Report suspicious listings or users straight to a staffed moderation queue.
How it works
- 1
Get a link or an account
The carrier or dispatcher shares a tracking link, or you sign in to a broker account.
- 2
Open the load
See the current status, the pickup and delivery stops, and the load's timeline.
- 3
Pull the paperwork
Download the BOL, rate confirmation and driver photos as they are uploaded.
- 4
Verify the carrier
Check the verification badge and the FMCSA SAFER snapshot behind the MC and DOT numbers.
Frequently asked questions
- Do brokers need an account to track a load?
- No. A private tracking link opens the load's status, stops and documents without a login. Brokers who want a dashboard across multiple loads can also request a broker account.
- What is on the tracking link?
- Pickup and delivery progress, timestamped status updates, and any documents or photos the driver uploaded, with download buttons for each file.
- How long does a tracking link stay live?
- Links are generated with a hashed token and expire automatically, so an old link cannot be passed around indefinitely.
- Can I get the BOL and delivery photos from the link?
- Yes. Documents and driver photos attached to the load are downloadable from the tracking view through short-lived secure links.
- How do I know the carrier is legitimate?
- Verified members carry a badge earned through manual staff review, and carrier MC and DOT numbers link to their FMCSA SAFER snapshot so you can confirm authority yourself.
